Psychic development involves the use of skills such as Clairvoyance, Clairaudience and sensing auras. Making use of senses is key to developing these skills. Our sight, sound, smell, touch and taste are instinctive and we do not usually fully connect to how they function. We notice the smells and tastes but accept them as part of our lives at a basic level. Again, meditation can help us to develop an awareness of these senses by allowing our minds to focus on the sensations that we experience and seeing and hearing beyond these.
We train our minds to detach itself from the physical but then re-focus and sense objects or sounds which are not related to our usual reality. These skills can be the beginning of clairvoyance and more importantly to the development of self control. Some of us have most likely experienced some form of clairvoyance or clairaudience in our lives but may not have understood it. Ways to test our skills in this area may involve the following types of exercises.
When a letter arrives, hold it, tune into it and see if you are able to connect with the tone of the letter, the contents, where it is from, what it relates to. Practise this skill when someone comes to the door or before you switch on the news. This should not be a guessing game but should be a real impression of what you are experiencing. With practise and guidance, you will learn to distinguish between genuine intuition and imagination or ‘luck’.
Development of your clairvoyant and clairaudient skills will enable you to see beyond the day to day reality that we all experience and connect at a different level with energies that are present but not always obvious.
Seeing or sensing auras is another type of Psychic development which requires a developed high sense perception. With practise, you will be able to sense and even see the energies of the physical aura and will be able to experience the vibrations of the different layers within the aura. What you can see or sense will vary and will depend on your own level of spiritual development. Typically, a white ring around the head area can be seen and this is often described as the ‘halo’. Once these skills are developed to a greater lever, different colours and vibrations may be identified. Unusual shapes or variations in the temperature could also be experienced.
Being able to sense or see auras in other people can provide data relating to the person. One experience of sensing auras will not provide you with everything you need to know – only with further practice and developed skills will ensure that you are able to fully experience this and improve your psychic experiences to the full. Shining Bright offers assistance with the development of these skills via courses, knowledge and experience.
